Keane become a staple component in National Upholsterer Marketing Strategy

PCI – a leading stockist of furniture components and sundries - has always invested budget, time and resource into the development of a positive team culture and as such, has enjoyed continued growth in their sector thanks to excellent customer service levels alongside an excellent product offering.

As they recognise the result of their success they can see the opportunity to grow exponentially, PCI understood the importance of investing in Marketing to achieve this growth. On the back of a recommendation from a mutual business contact, PCI approached Keane to discuss a potential Marketing partnership for the business.

PCI appreciated the need for a Marketing Strategy to be in place prior to setting up any tactical activity. With limited internal resources and no specific Marketing expertise, PCI recognised the strategic expertise available at Keane and had no hesitation in setting up a partnership.

The first steps included 2 comprehensive strategic meetings with the leadership team, to assess their objectives, goals and expectations. Key areas for improvement were identified and a Marketing Strategy and Plan were formed. A quarterly plan of tactics was devised including refocusing social media, optimisation of PPC campaigns, customer communications and website improvements to name a few.

After only one-month, results include; 46% increase in website users31% increase in website conversions and a 72% increase in social media engagement.
