Looking to upgrade their website usability and functionality, Hardy & Hanson felt Keane were the right team to develop their new bespoke e-commerce website.
Their previous website was built within the WordPress CMS, however, the template style did not exactly fit their requirements. Having sat down with Keane to discuss their requirements and potential future developments it was agreed that a bespoke build was the best way forward.
The bespoke e-commerce site contains a unique delivery matrix and integration with both World Pay and PayPal. The whole website project ensured that it worked around Hardy & Hanson's internal processes and simplified the user experience and journey.
As part of the e-commerce system, Keane included a 'members area', allowing the customer to check their order history, the status of their delivery, as well as giving them the ability to update their details for a quicker checkout process.
