Looking to increase the functionality of their client area, Rejus - a national cleaning, facilities management and construction company used Keane to further develop their client area, adding functionality such as:
- Password protected access
- To allow clients to access relevent documents whilst ensuring the files, documents and quotes remain confidentional.
- Priority Jobs set by Rejus
- Allowing the client to understand what jobs are required to be completed with priority ranking, whilst also allowing the client to mark these tasks as completed or request a quote.
- Functionality to allow for the upload of new quotes
- This is coupled with the ability for the client to accept or decline this quote.
- Email notifications
- The client area has been developed to email clients when a task, quote or information has been added to the clients account, with the process being automated and allowing for the carbon copy to another necessary contact.
