Bespoke doesn't have to mean complex or costly

Ever wanted something that’s unique, tailored just for you and to your exacting requirements yet struggled to find the right solution? Or you’ve found something that is ideal in every way, except for the price point?! It can be frustrating and leave you feeling like you have to settle for something that just doesn’t quite hit the mark but what other choice do you have?

When it comes to websites – the choice is YOURS! You can have a website that does EXACTLY what you want it to do, without a costly price tag AND it doesn’t have to be complicated to update and amend. With a bespoke website, you get a bespoke CMS (Content Management System) which means you only have the sections in there that you need; no complicated plugins to download or update and you can quickly and easily edit the majority of the website without having to pay anyone to do it for you. With template websites and their associated Content Management Systems, you’re restricted to their terminology – it’s not necessarily written in the language you use in your day-to-day business. You also have to navigate through elements that you don’t need / use, making things more complicated than they really need to be. For example, when you’re looking at the enquiries that have come through your website, would you know what ‘Flamingo’ is? And when you’ve clicked on that tab, would you know to go passed the ‘address book’ to get to the actual enquiries?

With a bespoke CMS, there’s no extensive scrolling – you only see what you want / need and can click straight to it. Although the initial cost of a bespoke website may be a little higher than a basic template website, it will likely be more cost-effective in the long term. If it means you’ll be getting exactly what you need and is simple and quick to update, it’s an avenue worth investigating, surely?
