Football Fun Factory is the UK’s fastest-growing children’s football coaching organisation with franchises around the country and over 80 Head Coaches. A subscription – based model, offering weekly training sessions for children, Football Fun Factory required a digital platform that not only promotes their offering, but also allows a seamless user journey in relation to the subscription payments and accurately allocating these to the relevant franchisee behind the scenes.
The team behind Football Fun Factory and the Head Coaches don’t want to be inundated with countless admin tasks; their focus is the development of the children in attendance, as well as successfully operating as a franchisee. Keane worked with Football Fun Factory to design and develop a website that not only appeals to its target audience with vibrant, fun visuals, but also delivers complex ‘back end’ functionality to enable the smooth operating of the organisation.

- Ability to book a free trial
- Subscription-based payment model
- Ability to book and pay for ‘one off’ events / camps
- Ability to select discounts for siblings
- Automated emails triggered after 3 week trial ends
- Waiting list compiled and automated email triggered to participant if an attendee cancels their booking.
- Payment is centralised and then automatically allocated to the relevant franchisees
Reporting features includes:
- Ability to split revenue by event type / coach / location
- Performance stats per event such as attendees, new subscriptions, cancelled subscriptions, triallists.
As with all Keane website development, the easy to use Content Management System (CMS) allows for all content updates, including creating new events, to be added in-house, and all reports to be easily exported from the system.
