A family run business established over 45 years ago is a specialist manufacturer of composite and fibreglass products and tooling.
Where
they were
Originally set up by Brian Wilson, MPM enjoyed steady growth over 30 years. Brian's sons Ben, Dylan and Syd started working in the business and eventually bought the business from their father.

wanted to be
The three brothers wanted to bring MPM in line with modern manufacturing systems and processes to support their desire to grow the business further. There was no sales or marketing function and they were in need of a clear direction and ways in which they could communicate the business's bespoke product offering to existing and new clients.

Result
Appointing Keane as their Outsourced Marketing Partner, MPM has an ongoing Strategic Marketing Plan, and an extension of their in-house team to deliver the tactics of the Marketing Plan.
How we got there
Online presence
We quickly developed an online presence that spoke about the business in Marketing terminology. Having shown MPM the results of the initial work, which incorporated their ability to track traffic on the site, they felt confident to form a partnership with Keane Creative.

Mustard business system
We have implemented our bespoke business system - MUSTARD - into the MPM business to provide them with a full digital record of all prospects, suppliers and suppliers in order to efficiently and effectively communicate with all their stakeholders. MUSTARD also allows MPM to order supplies, raise Purchase Order numbers, log enquiries and orders.
The scaleable software means that we are now working on implementing a full production scheduling module which integrates with Xero, allowing single input of order details from initial enquiry right through to invoice.

In order to stay fully up to speed with developments at MPM and truly work as an extension of their in-house team, we mainting close communication with the SLT at MPM.
Management information is shared at the Quarterly Marketing Meetings - with associated plans and monthly level of activity as well as bi-monthly communications with stakeholders.
