Gray & Sons had a functional template website that was difficult to update. Website amendments needed to be done by the website company and at a cost each time. As a template site, there were regular ‘update’ fees and without these updates, the website would not perform as intended. The design of the website was clunky, didn’t have any Calls to Action and didn’t represent the care and quality that Gray & Sons take on their work projects.

As there is no internal marketing resource to look at the website design and development, the team at Gray & Sons wanted guidance on the possibilities and scope for what they could achieve. They wanted a website that they could quickly and easily update themselves without the need for additional cost or delays in going live. They wanted a visually appealing, fresh new look with dynamic elements that draws the users attention and encourages action to provide leads to the company.

How we got there
We identified the key messages of Gray & Sons and brought this out to inform the website content. Keeping the target audience in mind, we also incorporated a portfolio so Gray & Sons could demonstrate the quality and scope of their past projects in visual formats.
With existing Marketing collateral already in circulation, the design of the website is consistent with those materials to support brand recognition within their industry. The look is clean and fresh, and provides clear user journey, including prominent Calls to Action.
